At Be Home, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
